Where we usually come in
Most clients reach out at one of three moments. Each one has a long list of forms, deadlines and follow-ups behind it.
You're opening something new
A new practice, a behavioral health program, a residential site or a home health agency. You need the license before anything else, and credentialing takes months, so the order matters.
Opening a new programYou're growing
New providers joining, a second location, more insurance plans or a new service line. Every change has to be reported to the state, the accreditor and each payer, or claims stop paying.
Adding providers and payersYou need it kept current
CAQH attestations, re-credentialing, license renewals, accreditation reports and exclusion checks all come due on different calendars. We track every date so nothing lapses.
Ongoing maintenanceWhat we do
Four services that work on their own or together. Clients who need more than one get a single point of contact and a single plan.

What we ask you for
For credentialing, we start with your NPI, license number and CAQH ID. Payers pull most of the rest from CAQH, and we set CAQH up if you don't have it yet.
We don't need patient records for licensing, accreditation or credentialing work, and this website never asks for them.
Tell us what you're working on.
A short message is enough. We'll follow up to set up a consultation.
