Haven Grove Healthcare Consulting Services is an independent consulting firm for the administrative side of healthcare: the licenses, accreditations, payer enrollments and billing that let a practice operate and get paid.
Why we do this work
Clinicians and program leaders didn't go into healthcare to fill out enrollment forms. Yet a missing signature, an expired attestation or an address that doesn't match can hold up payment for months, and the people who pay for it are the practice and its patients.
We take that work off your desk and treat it with the same care you give your clients: careful, documented and followed through to the end. When something is waiting on a payer, a state or on you, we say so plainly.
One firm for the whole path
Most firms handle one piece: credentialing, or accreditation, or billing. Because we handle all four, the work lines up. Your license is ready when payers ask for it, your accreditation is in place before the contracts that require it, and billing starts on the right effective dates.

Readiness first
Every project starts by checking that licenses, NPI records, CAQH and exclusion screening are clean. Fixing a mismatch before submitting is faster than fixing it after a denial.
Nothing guessed
We confirm requirements against the official source for your state, payer or accreditor, and we tell you when something can't be confirmed yet.
Everything in writing
Written quotes, signed agreements, tracking numbers for every application and a record of every follow-up. If you ever need to know what happened and when, it's there.

Privacy by design
Documents come in through secure links, not email attachments. We don't collect patient information unless the work requires it, and then only under a Business Associate Agreement.
