You'll always know what's been done, what's next and who we're waiting on. Here is every step from your first message to finished work.

You send a message
Use the contact form to tell us your practice type, state and what you need. A few sentences is enough.
Consultation
We talk through your situation: how many providers and locations, which payers or programs, deadlines, and anything already in progress. You'll come away knowing what has to happen and in what order, whether or not you hire us.
Written quote
You receive a quote that lists every service, what it covers and what it costs. You can accept it online or ask for changes. Nothing starts until you've agreed.
Agreements signed online
Your service agreement and any related documents are sent to you to review and sign on a secure page. Billing clients also sign a Business Associate Agreement. You get signed copies for your records.
Secure intake
One secure link collects what we need: provider details, license numbers, CAQH IDs and documents. Save as you go and come back to it. You only answer questions that apply to the services you chose.
We do the work and keep you posted
We check readiness first, then prepare and submit applications and follow up with each payer, state agency or accreditor. Updates tell you what moved, what's next and whether anything is waiting on you.
Invoices you can pay online
Each invoice comes with a secure link to view, print or pay it online.
